Refund Policy
At ELI RAE, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage
Please note that all sale items, accessories, handbags, pre-order items, custom items, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
ELI RAE currently offers store credit only for approved returns. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit will be issued once your return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Pre-Order Items
Certain items, including select mock necks and purses, may be sold as pre-order items. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping timelines may vary depending on supplier availability and production timelines.
Pre-order items are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, items may ship together once all products become available unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Starting a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
