Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Please note: any pre-order items, including select mock necks and purses, may require additional processing and shipping time. Estimated ship dates for pre-order items will be provided within the product description whenever available.

Domestic Shipping

ELI RAE currently ships within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Order Items

Certain items offered by ELI RAE, including select mock necks and purses, may be available for pre-order. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that shipping timelines may vary depending on supplier availability and production timelines.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ELI RAE is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If an issue occurs after shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we are always happy to assist by providing any necessary order information.
